December 29,
I had a party! My close friends celebrated my nineteenth birthday.

We were classmates in junior high school and high school, and even now we get together several times a year and celebrate each one's birthday.


That day, we had this cake and a lot of okashi! hahaha~
I really enjoyed the party♪


My nineteenth birthday was so precious time!
I'm really happy!!!!

December 26-27,
I stayed in a hotel in Kyoto, with my club members.
Then, we had a board meeting and party!

At the party, my friends and seniors surprised me with singing a song and giving this apple pie... because December 28 is my birthday! \(^^)/
I was really really surprised and very happy.

During winter vacation, I had a lot of cakes!

December 23,
I and my friends had a Christmas party!

We had TONYU-NABE, played the games, talked and excanged presents with each other.
Then, we ate this Chistmas cake. It was so sweet~:D
I had a great time!

★Gaidai Festival 2009★

Nov. 20-22, 2009
at Kansai Gaidai University

I belong to E.S.S. club now.
In this festival, I and some of the club members performed a famous musical. -MAMMA MIA!

We(casts) practiced and did rehearsal for this performance for about two and a half months!

We played twice(-once a day, two days) during the festival.


We did enjoy performing and got a favorable reception!
I am still happy, and excited.
I thank many many people for coming and seeing our performance!

There are many branch stores particularly in the Kansai area.



I often go to the store in Kyoto station on my way home, buy and eat their waffles! Then, I feel very very happy~^^

Today, I bought a "plane" waffle and "strawberry chocolate" one.
I gave my sister one of them.

It was very delicious!
I love Manneken~★haha^^

But now, in this university, I belong to another club, and recentry I'm very busy, so I have no time to play it...;(

Last Sunday, I met my friends.

We had dinner at Saizeriya in my hometown.

This restaurant is famous for its low prices.
There is the restaurant near Hirakata City station!

Girls' Talk*

Last Saturday, I met my 4 friends from high school.
We went to a coffee shop and were talking over a cup of coffee there!
Then, I ordered "anmitsu".
It was so sweeeet! I love Japanese sweets- wagashi♪
We were talking many many hours! :D

That night, we had "temakizushi party" at one of my friend's home with her family! Then we also talked about many things.
We had a great time! We're gonna meet during summer vacation, so I'm looking forward to doing that!



And..
I wanna tell you another thing!
Today, after 3rd period, I went the doughnut shop- floresta , which is in front of KGU's main gate, with Eri.
Do you know floresta? I think most of the students of KGU know.

I ordered a cranberry milky doughnut and iced coffee.
Then, we were talking a lot! We enjoyed it★

Floresta is my favorite doughnuts shop. If you've never been there, I'd like you to go and eat their doughnuts!

"HITOKUCHI (a mouthful of)" jelly!

It doesn't difficult at all, because-
you only have to set the jelly (←apple juice) with agar, and cool it in refrigerator.

Agar means "kanten".

What I mainly use are
-apple juice,
-agar powder,
-granulated sugar.

dissolve agar powder, sugar and juice in water
as heating it.

Today, I made mousses!

The main ingredients are...

orange juice! and-

gelatin powder, and the white of an egg.

Pudding☆

Last Sunday, I made puddings!

I made them without oven.
Instead, I used...

ｇelatin powder!!
So, you can make it easily!

-make caramel sauce,

-mix eggs, milk, sugar and gelatin.
-simmer it (to sterilize).

-pout it into the molds.
-chill them :
put in the refrigerator (about 2 hours).

↑ Completion!

The next morning, My family and I ate them.
We said,
the caramel sauce was a slight bitter... :(
but this pudding was good!

I hope I try to make pudding again!
