Cube-Jelly!

Today's jelly is...
"HITOKUCHI (a mouthful of)" jelly!

It doesn't difficult at all, because-
you only have to set the jelly (←apple juice) with agar, and cool it in refrigerator.

Agar means "kanten".

What I mainly use are
-apple juice,
-agar powder,
-granulated sugar.


dissolve agar powder, sugar and juice in water
as heating it.

cool, cut and dust it with sugar.

Of course, its taste is good.

Mousse

Today, I made mousses!
The main ingredients are...


orange juice! and-
gelatin powder, and the white of an egg.

It was sweet and sour taste.
My family and I said...
YAMMY!

Pudding☆

Last Sunday, I made puddings!


I made them without oven.
Instead, I used...
gelatin powder!!
So, you can make it easily!
-make caramel sauce,

-mix eggs, milk, sugar and gelatin.
-simmer it (to sterilize).

-pout it into the molds.
-chill them :
put in the refrigerator (about 2 hours).

↑ Completion!


The next morning, My family and I ate them.
We said,
the caramel sauce was a slight bitter... :(
but this pudding was good!

I hope I try to make pudding again!
